Teaching Skills for Care Farming
Wednesday 15th February 2012: Fordhall Farm , Market Drayton, Shropshire.
Ideal for those who are running practical sessions to gain an insight into structuring the session, managing a group, health and safety, choosing and planning activities, managing challenging behaviour, maintaining interest and otivating participants.
Course Time 10am-3.30pm. Course Cost: £31 including lunch
Care Farming Discussion Group
The Care Farming Discussion Group funded by Lantra West Midlands continues to meet monthly and brings together those in The West Midlands who are interested in Care Farming or already offer Care Farming opportunities. Each month about 20 people get together at one of the care farms in the region and have supper, network and discuss issues pertinent to their enterprise.
