CIEH Courses

CIEH Food Safety Level 2

This course is a legal requirement for any business that handles food. It is good practice to renew every three years. This course is equivalent to the previous 'Food Hygiene' qualification. The course will be run in a friendly and supportive manner by our longstanding friend Chris Kinnersley, who has a wealth of experience with rural food based businesses.

Day starts at 9.30am, finish at 4.30pm. Course cost is £31.
